This fish market/carry out is a quiet little spot in the Hill Top area. I have been getting fish from this spot since the early 2000s, always pleased with my food. The people who work here are courteous, and the service was on point. The steak fish I ordered was about $19 a pound. I did not know that because I called my order in. When I got there and found out I was a little bothered, but the fish was HUGE, so it kinda made up for the price. Lesson learned tho!!!

Love this place. When I want fried fish I drive from Owings Mills to here just to get my fix. Food is awesome. I've been coming here since I was a child. This is strictly a carry out location. There is one bench in the wating area so most folks wait outside in their car after placing the order. If you call in your order it will likely not be done or even in the process of being prepared when you arrive. They only take cash and phone orders are not completed ahead of arrival. You can get cash from Walgreens across the street or PNC bank which is also across the street. Parking is a complete challenge as the parking lot is very small and often folks park on the side of the building or come in off of the side street which is parallel to Rogers Avenue. That is where I typically park. I love the food guys! I've had Lake Trout, Fried Oysters, Porgie, and Steakfish. Delicious! One of my favorite places for fried fish uh Baltimore City.

I remember when you could get huge pieces of trout for less than $4. Prices have gone up of course. Not a lot of fish on offer like it used to be. Used to have fresh fish of all varieties laid out and you picked your fillets for the owners to cook. Not sure if ownership changed but may have by now. No frills at all but clean. Fish is amazingly fried. Light and crisp. 2 tiny spaces In front. Still cash only. Mom and pop shop and no frills. I used to come here weekly. They close early so hard to catch.

The prices went up the large is 9.50 plus tax... the potatoe salad maybe good to y'all but sweet to me and not my mamas the trout still A1 and the oyster trout 11.50 good! Idk if they still have those little packaged cornbread That taste like those little dry cake slices they sell in some CORNER stores. But yes their fish is better than hip hop all day with the use of basic seasonings
